Trust is part of the workflow
Control and data boundaries
Who approves client-facing actions, what FlySolo records, and where specialist systems and professional advisers remain responsible.
You remain the decision maker
Otto can analyse context, prepare a draft, and suggest a next action. A proposal, agreement, signature request, or invoice action does not become a client commitment until you review and approve it.
This boundary is part of the product model, not a sentence added to an AI disclaimer.
Approval before client-facing actions
- Review the content Otto prepared
- See which commercial assumptions shaped it
- Edit the draft or return to the underlying decision
- Approve the client-facing action explicitly
Traceable commercial decisions
A rate, scope boundary, or contract term should not disappear into a chat transcript. FlySolo keeps the decision attached to the opportunity so you can understand what changed, what was accepted, and what the next document is based on.
European data handling
FlySolo is designed around EU-region infrastructure and European privacy expectations.
Integrations keep their boundaries
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 remain communication and document tools. Moneybird remains the accounting destination. FlySolo coordinates the commercial workflow between them without claiming to replace their specialist responsibilities.
AI scope
Otto supports commercial preparation and workflow decisions, including plain-language explanations of contracts you receive. Those explanations are informational: FlySolo does not position Otto as an accountant, tax adviser, payroll provider, or lawyer. Professional advice remains appropriate where the decision requires it.
